For stocked items, there is a processing time of approx 1-3 business days before your order is dispatched. For custom orders, there is a processing/printing time of approx 2- 7 business days before your order is dispatched.

Yes, for items we have in stock we sure can rush in your order as long as you order before .... pm time.
At Media Pop we care about customer satisfaction. If your items are found to be faulty or damaged upon receipt we are happy to refund or exchange. Refunds only restrict to if goods are damaged on delivery. Not applicable to sale items and change of mind/errors. You must report your damage to us within 5 days of receiving your item in its original package and sending a picture of the damaged product and packaging. Products must be returned in their original packaging and must not be damaged during the time product is in your possession. Returns are processed once items have been received in our office.

Once your order is dispatched, your order is sent with Australia Post. Please contact Australia Post with your consignment note number handy. If your parcel cannot be located by Australia Post, we will lodge an enquiry from this end. We cannot accept responsibility for a lost parcel, however, please contact us as soon as possible on email@example.com
We are happy to exchange items if this occurs or offer you a credit note.
Because our frames are so cool and big delivery is not available to PO box and lockers due to size. We recommend having your items delivered to an alternative address, (ex work, relatives house) if you are unable to receive and sign when delivery arrives.
If your parcel arrives at its destination and there is no one to collect, you will be left with a parcel pick up card to pick up your package from your local Post Office.
