Stock orders: There is a processing time of approx 1-3 business days before your order is dispatched. Processing time + shipping =  Can receive goods from to 2 - 9 business days

Custom orders: There is a processing/printing time of approx 7 business days before your order is dispatched. Click here to view the timeline for custom orders.

Processing time + shipping =  Can receive goods from 7 - 14 business days 

 

It is best to order at least 2 weeks before your event date or consider express shipping to ensure you will receive our items before your event date. 

Contact us or place a comment on checkout if you need items delivered at a specific time or much more faster. *Rush fees will apply

 

Your parcel

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email notification to advise you that our order is on its way together with a tracking link and number. Visit   https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search to track your item.

**Note: Signature on delivery is required so please ensure someone is able to receive and sign at the nominated address.

Proof of postage and parcel tracking is included.

        Express Shipping
        Service operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres. Outside metropolitan areas guaranteed service is to and from townships only.

        If your item is for an address outside the Express Post network, Australia Post will use the fastest possible transport links, but it won't be covered by their  Next Day Guarantee.

         

        PO Box and Lockers
        Delivery is not available to PO box and lockers due to size. We recommend having your items delivered to an alternative address, (ex work, relatives house) if you are unable to receive and sign when delivery arrives. 

          

        Damaged goods

        If your goods are damaged on receipt, you should:
        • Make a note when signing for delivery that goods have been received in damaged state. Item should be unused.
        • Take photos of the packaging before opening and after opening.
        • Take photos of the damaged item.
        • Contact us by email and attached your photos of the damaged goods along with your delivery details.
        Refunds only restrict to if goods are damaged on delivery and are unused. Not applicable to sale items and change of mind/errors. Accepted returns should be made within 7 days of receiving your products. Please notify by email before you return any products and send through a picture of the damaged product and its original packaging. Returns are processed once items have been received in our office. 

        We do not accept any responsibility for shipping times or stolen packages, and we cannot refund items that arrive later than your party or required time.
